Donald B. Ray

Donald B. Ray holds a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering and an M.B.A. Mr. Ray is Vice President of Engineering, Construction, and Operations for Texas BioDiesel Corporation. In this capacity, he is responsible for relations with the engineering and construction companies, timely completion of construction projects, and safe and efficient operation of production facilities. He is an energy industry professional with more than 30 years of experience. Mr. Ray has worked for Georgia Power Co, Anheuser Busch, Westmoreland Energy and affiliates, and Coral Energy/Shell Trading. He served as Vice President of Corona Engineering, a turbine maintenance and field machining company, and President of Westmoreland Technical Services, an industrial plant maintenance and outage company. At Westmoreland Energy, Mr. Ray was responsible for the management of the company’s portfolio of six plants, including direct management of the operating contractor.
