Fernando R. Caceres

Fernando R. Caceres holds an M.S. in Agricultural Economics and a B.S. in Business Management. He is a Vice President of Texas BioDiesel Corporation, with more than 15 years specializing in domestic and international project finance and management. Mr. Caceres served as Vice President of the Central Bank of Bolivia, as well as Vice President of AgroCapital. He has administrated programs funded by the World Bank and the U.S. Agency for International Development more than seven years.
