Lori A. Lato

Lori A. Lato holds a B.S. in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Lato is a Vice President of Texas BioDiesel Corporation with more than 10 years of experience in accounting and project development, including five years specializing in income taxation, tax compliance, and internal audit compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 for multiple publicly traded companies. She has worked on all phases of business development, from assisting new businesses with development and implementation of the business plan to acting in an advisory capacity during their growth. Ms Lato is a member of the Greater Houston Partnership's Professional Services Board and serves as a member on the board's steering committee.
