Renewable Fuels Operating Services (ROSCO) furnishes operating personnel for all of Texas BioDiesel's plants. Forming a separate, partnered operating company encourages concentrated expertise and allows ROSCO to easily share information among facilities regardless of facility ownership.
Mission
The ROSCO mission is to earn a fair profit for its clients and owners by:
- Operating client facilities in a safe and efficient manner
- Meeting or exceeding production goals within operating and capital budgets
